Perhaps you are in the midst of the perinatal period — the time between when you are planning or contemplating growing your family, through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and early parenting — navigating some of the most challenging, rewarding, lonely, joyous, frustrating, meaningful, confusing, and transformative years of life.

Maybe you are feeling untethered or lost after trauma, as your body and mind works overtime or shuts down in the attempt to keep you safe, relying on old or adaptive behaviors, beliefs, and thoughts that keep you feeling stuck in patterns that hurt more than help.

Or maybe you are longing for more connection, safety, or ease in relationships with your partner, children or family members, wanting to move beyond recurring cycles of miscommunication, conflict, or distance and find new ways to relate that feel more aligned with your self and values.

Welcome — I’m Connie!

I am passionate about perinatal mental health & parenting, relationship health, and trauma healing.

I am especially passionate about working with individuals and parents who don’t always feel that they “fit” society’s narrow ideas of who they should be — including people with ADHD, highly sensitive people, those living through the impacts of trauma, LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, and anyone struggling to feel confident or secure in their self, relationships, and/or parenting.

Through a blend of reflective exploration, person-centered guidance, and somatic (body-centered) practices, I can help you navigate your unique experience to feel more present, connected, and fulfilled in your life and relationships.

  • You’re in the midst of the intense physical, emotional, and life transitions and identity shifts that can come with fertility struggles, pregnancy, and parenting, and you long to feel more grounded, present, and at peace in your daily life.

  • You feel chronically burnt out, overstimulated, or irritable, and find yourself unsure of who you are, what you’re feeling, or what you truly want. You’re seeking greater confidence, emotional security, and clarity in your relationships and/or parenting.

  • You’ve had - or are currently navigating - a difficult, overwhelming, or traumatic experience, and you want to begin processing, integrating, and healing at your own pace.

  • You’re finding it hard to cope with your own or your child’s big feelings and behaviors, and you want support in feeling more confidence, calm, and compassion—for them and/or for yourself.
