The reproductive and parenting years can shake the foundations of your world.
The pictures we are fed online—where everything looks easy and natural—rarely capture what people are actually living through during this time. The excitement, love, and joy we are told we should always feel can collide with, or be completely overshadowed by, feelings of overwhelm, grief, loneliness, loss of sense of self, confusion, anger, or fear. Old wounds can crack open. New emotions and challenges can feel impossible to manage.
You may find yourself asking: “Is it supposed to be this hard?” “Am I cut out for this?” “Who am I now?”
Know that you are not alone.
When things feel confusing, exhausting, or unbearable, it’s natural to go searching for answers. But in a world that moves quickly and offers endless information, what we often need most in this season of life isn’t more information — it’s more space.
Space to slow down, to feel truly heard by someone who understands the intense challenges and complexities of this time in life, to process and heal from the full depth and breadth of your experiences, and to have your struggles and your strengths reflected back to you in a way that helps you see yourself more clearly — with compassion, confidence, and renewed hope.
Together, we can make sense of your experiences, help you connect with yourself and strengthen your relationships, and find steadier ground in the midst of change.
Welcome — I’m Connie!
I am passionate about perinatal mental health, parenting, child development, relationship health, and trauma healing.
I am especially passionate about working with women and parents who don’t always feel that they “fit” society’s narrow ideas of what parents and families should look like — including caregivers with ADHD, highly sensitive parents, those parenting through the impacts of trauma, LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, parents and children with disabilities, single parents, parents without living children, people with non-dominant identities, and anyone struggling to feel confident or secure in their parenting and/or sense of self.
Through a blend of reflective exploration, person-centered guidance, and somatic (body-centered) practices, I can help you navigate your unique experience to feel more present, connected, and fulfilled in your life and relationships.
I may be a good fit for you if…
You’re in the midst of the intense physical, emotional, and life transitions and identity shifts that can come with fertility struggles, pregnancy, and parenting, and you long to feel more grounded, present, and at peace in your daily life.
You feel chronically burnt out, overstimulated, or irritable, and find yourself unsure of who you are, what you’re feeling, or what you truly want. You’re seeking greater confidence, emotional security, and clarity in your relationships and/or parenting.
You’ve had - or are currently navigating - a difficult, overwhelming, or traumatic birth or postpartum experience, and you want to begin processing, integrating, and healing at your own pace.
You feel that you don’t fit the conventional idea of what a “good” or “normal” parent should be, and you’re looking for a space where you can be seen, accepted, and supported as your authentic self.
You’re finding it hard to cope with your child’s big feelings and behaviors, and you want support in responding with more confidence, calm, and compassion—for them and for yourself.
You’re experiencing loneliness, distance, or resentment in your relationship amid reproductive or parenting challenges, and you want compassionate guidance to rebuild connection and understanding.
You’re having complicated feelings or behaviors related to body image and body changes, and want to build a better relationship with your body.
You’re living with unresolved fertility struggles, carrying grief, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion, and want a compassionate space to process and orient yourself forward.

“Connie provided exceptional support to me during a challenging post-partum period. Her therapy style is warm, empathetic, and grounded in understanding. She takes time to explain the reasons behind emotional and physical changes, offering clarity that empowers informed decisions. Her thoughtful guidance and calm demeanor helped restore my confidence and well-being. I highly recommend Connie to anyone seeking a therapist who combines expertise with genuine care.”

“Connie is funny, kind, smart, and straightforward. She is the first therapist I have seen for more than 3 sessions in my LIFE. She feels safe and pushes me at the same time. I was in the darkest place I’ve ever been and Connie advocated for me and made sure I knew it was normal and everything would be okay.”
