Perinatal Therapy & Parenting Support

Preconception — Early Childhood

A large adult hand gently holding a tiny child's hand, both resting on a person's chest. The child's hand has some flakes of skin and is wearing a cozy sweater.

Perinatal therapy recognizes the period from preconception and parental contemplation through early childhood as a time when individuals can benefit greatly from specialized support. This stage often brings significant physical, emotional, social, and spiritual changes, and working with a clinician who understands the nuances of this season—and is specifically trained in perinatal mental health—can help clients feel deeply supported during a vulnerable chapter of life. I bring extensive training and experience in working with the themes and challenges that commonly arise during this time.
